Leicester Guildhall Wedding
Charlotte & Owain’s Wedding at Guildhall and Wygston's House
It was a beautiful Summer day at Leicesters iconic wedding venues.
An incredibly warm day awaited Charlotte and Owain for their wedding at The Guildhall, Leicester.
I started my day at Charlotte’s family home where the dogs were very much stars of the show.
After that, we headed to the charming Guildhall in Leicesters town centre. Built around 1390, Leicester Guildhall was the city’s first Police Station and is still in use today. It was built as a meeting place for the Guild of Corpus Christi, and it’s also believed that Shakespeare performed here during Tudor times.
Once the ceremony was completed, we made the short walk to Wygston's House, another ancient, but popular tourist attraction in the centre of Leicester.
Some touching speeches and amazing dancing followed the wedding breakfast.
I took my leave once the evening had started to get into full swing. Charlotte and Owain are a lovely couple, and I know they will have a very happy life together.
