Old Thorns Hotel Wedding
The Spring Wedding of Jo & Rosie
A Wonderful family orientated wedding at Old Thorns Hotel, Hampshire
It was March, and Spring had just arrived, when I headed to Old Thorns Hotel for the wedding of Jo and Rosie.
Jo is an accomplished street photographer, and I had met him previously at one of my photography workshops.
Jo and Rosie both fully appreciated my documentary style of wedding photography. They wanted to spend their entire day enjoying themselves with friends and family, while I carried on telling the story of the wedding, through pictures.
Emotion & {Happy} Tears
From the outset, I knew this would be a very emotional wedding.
Jo had had Rosie’s mothers ring repaired and cleaned, and one of the bridesmaids handed her that ring in the morning. The emotion was almost tangible, and it set the scene for the rest of the day.
Rosie and Jo are a couple very much in love, and with their young family, I know they will be very happy together.
The relationship between Rosie and her father was also clear to see. They had shared a lot, and once again, the emotion was evident as Rosie and her father walked down the aisle.
After that, the wedding celebration flowed at Old Thorns Hotel.
The speeches and dancing ended a wonderful and, beautiful wedding.
