Five Day Street Photography Excursion London & Brighton
25th - 29th September 2023 (Fully Booked)
This Street Photography Excursion is for FIVE people only.
The excursions I run are intended to be informative as well as fun. No hiding information, which is why most of my workshops and tours are aimed at a minimal number of delegates. That way, you will get all the advantages of working closely with me and seeing how I shoot.
5 Day Excursion Package includes:
Instruction in a small group with Kevin Mullins
First Evening presentation and orientation meeting.
Daily photo walks
Individual critique session
Traditional London Pub Lunch on one of the days.
Final group presentation
Note: Hotel accommodation and travel are not included in this price. Lunch will be provided on one day, and all other meals are to be covered by you.
A full schedule and location details will be sent out to participants a few weeks before the workshop.
Also, a private FB group page will be set up for this workshop participants. This will be an excellent opportunity for everyone to get to know each other beforehand.

Day 5:
10 am - 1 pm Photowalk
2 pm - 5 pm Critiques, Editing and Workflow
7 pm - Farewell Drinks (optional)
The schedule is pretty fluid and this is as much a photographic excercise as it is a jorney through London. I will lead you to some of the famous sites of London, as well as some of the hidden treasures and lesser known areas.
Do you find you are heading to the streets and just taking snapshots? Don’t worry; that’s something that happens to all of us.
This photography excursion is aimed at photographers who want to spend time with other like-minded people who want to explore the idea of building a project to help navigate them through the various elements of Street and City Photography.
Plenty of guided shooting will help understand the thematic approach to building a story. You will also get time to work on a designated story of your own, and we’ll spend time together curating those images, creating a presentation and open and honest critique.
Experience Level: Don’t be afraid. This is a friendly five days to encourage a strong theme and story-based Street Photography style.
You don’t need to be an accomplished photographer; you may simply want a guided tour of the city, but a basic understanding of exposure and your camera would be advantageous. I will be on hand throughout the five days to help with any aspect of photography's technical, theoretical or artistic elements.
Ultimately, the most important thing about this photographic excursion is that it is fun and that you enjoy it.
What you will learn on this Immersive Photography Excursion:
Once the five days are complete, you will have
A better understanding of using light
Beat the fear of shooting on the street
Have better technical knowledge of your camera
A way of using themes to build a curated project of your own
A fast and streamlined workflow for editing images in both colour and monochrome
Maximum Number of Delegates:
This photography excursion is strictly limited to FIVE delegates. This keeps the group small to ensure maximum learning for all.
