Beautiful Early Summer Sherborne Castle Wedding of Dan & Katherine

I'm going to take you back to last May for this lovely Sherborne Castle Wedding of Dan & Katherine.

Sherborne Castle, down in Dorset is a new venue for me, and one that I'm pleased to say I've got more weddings to shoot at later this year.My day started in the village where Katherine and her bridal party were applying their finishing touches, having lots of laughs and no doubt the odd glass of bubbly.

A quick drive up the hill to the amazing Sherborne Castle which was home to Sir Walter Raleigh amongst other notables.Katherine and Dan had their very close family and friends with them for this very relaxed and laid back afternoon tea party wedding.

Once the guests had arrived, Katherine pulled up for her interview with the registrar, before making the short walk with her dad and bridesmaids to the Orangery.

Their Sherborne Castle Wedding was blessed by the sun, and the ceremony in the sun-drenched Orangery was gorgeous.Later, the guests and newlyweds explored the gardens, the hillsides and the lakes before heading inside for some cake & dancing.
