According to Wikipedia, Gileston Manor is a manor and country house located next to St Giles' Church in the small village of Gileston near St Athan, Vale of Glamorgan, Wales.
It was here that I was commissioned for the wedding of Rebekah & John. Being Welsh myself, I always love heading back to the country of my birth. This part of the South Wales coast is close to my heart, having had many holidays and day trips with my parents as a child.
It was a sweltering June day, and I started with bridal prep before heading over to the gorgeous Orangery for the wedding celebration.

All my clients receive a 4K photofilm, compiled of a series of images that showcase their weddings for friends and family. The Photofilm is perfect, of course, for keeping on smartphones or tablets but more importantly as a constant and easily accessible reminder of the wedding day.

As the guests fanned themselves and kept hydrated, Rebekah and John said their vows with the children's family and friends all taking part.
After that, the drinks reception was in the beautiful walled gardens before speeches and dancing in the purpose-built marquee.
Gileston Manor is an oasis of tranquillity, spiced with historical charm, and I hope to visit there again many times as a Wedding Photographer.
