An Incredible Wedding at the Amazing Cotswolds Wedding Venue, Elmore Court
It was a balmy late autumn day at Elmore Court when I went to photograph the wedding of Nicola and Will.
The wedding was another of the re-arranged ones, but it was certainly worth the wait. I started in the lovely bridal suite at Elmore Court as Nicola put the finishing touches on her hair and makeup. It was delightful to be there when Dad arrived to collect her for the ceremony too.
It's essential for me as a Documentary Wedding Photographer not to take control of any moments. It's my responsibility to try and capture the story, and I love these little moments-within-moments throughout the day.
After that, the day flew by in a blur of love, laughter and emotion. The weather was so kind that the drinks reception could be held on the lawn before the guests and newlyweds headed to the Orangery for speeches, their sumptuous Wedding Breakfast and later, dancing.
